It seems to me that if one is to start a blog, that person should have something brilliant to say in their first entry. Oh well.
Nothing brilliant to say, just a little blurb about what I intend this blog to be about. My intent is to provide commentary (brilliant or otherwise) about the world of the Internet and associated legal issues (most likely related to intellectual property). How is that for building excitement? Of course, this blog is not meant to offer legal advice, the entries are for informational purposes only.
Leave it to a lawyer to start her blog with a disclaimer before saying anything of substance...
